Search Consultant

What will I be doing as a Search Consultant for Parkwood International? After your initial training experience we will work with you to develop an industry on which to focus your efforts. We will then help you build a marketing campaign to develop clients who have open positions in their companies and there is an urgent and critical need to fill them. We will also train you to develop the skills necessary to network with industry professionals to find qualified candidates to present to the clients. We will teach you how to navigate and manage the process from introduction to offer to achieve a successful conclusion.
