Behaviors that Violate

Character

  • Intentionally withhold, from our teammates, any information, resume, or candidate data sheet on candidates that we encounter
  • Undermine the efforts of our teammates
  • Maliciously misrepresent information to our client, our candidates, and/or our fellow associates

 Respect 

  • Tolerate the behavior of those who belittle any teammate, client or candidate
  • Fail to allow for differences of opinions/views in disagreements and let it damage the integrity of the relationship
  • Display disloyalty to our Company

 Performance 

  • Refuse to accept opportunities for training, formal or informal
  • Create an island of success and do not give back to the team
  • Fail to give an honest assessment of yourself or others in meeting performance goals and fail to seek or offer help
