Jessica Loughran is currently the Training Manager for Parkwood International.  Parkwood specializes in executive and management level recruiting services in several varied markets.  In this role Jessica is responsible for the ongoing strategic recruiter training for both new and seasoned recruiters. 

Prior to this role, Jessica was employed by Monster, as the Manager of Client Training.  In this capacity, she directed her team to train agency recruiters in the art of conducting effective job searches and creating powerful job postings using the Monster job board and other online recruiting tools in venues that varied from large multi-city 2 day events of up to 400 recruiters to small, customized trainings in an agency office setting. 

In former roles, Jessica spent over 10 years in various recruiting capacities – starting as a recruiter and working up to the role of Managing Director.  As a recruiter, she worked in both a corporate capacity for several large companies, as well as a staffing capacity for two well-known agencies.   

Jessica’s knowledge and hands-on experience in the recruiting industry is not limited to her career.  Her father, who successfully ran an agency in NYC specializing in I.T. placements, brought her up in this arena. Currently her husband, Marc, is a successful specialty recruiter in the finance/accounting area at Superior Search & Staffing in Dallas. 

Jessica currently holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, has her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification and her Director of Training Certification.
