Sherri joined Parkwood International as a member of the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Marketing practice. Sherri's focus is on recruiting top marketing and marketing research talent. As a result of her many years of experience as a corporate in-house recruiter, she has the ability to assess the subtleties of client needs that reach beyond the obvious.

Sherri excels at sourcing candidates with a wide range of skills and experience, which allows her to be successful in assisting small and growing Biotech firms as well as the largest Pharmaceutical firms with their most pressing staffing needs. With her abilities and the support of her team, Sherri can easily fill individual positions or staff an entire marketing department.

Her background in recruiting executive management (as well as sales & administrative staff) allows Sherri the ability to easily engage with senior level marketing management to assist them in building successful teams.
